Beautiful rose petals wrapped around California White Sage for smudging. Rose petals naturally connect to divine feminine energy. Roses offer maternal-womb healing, seduction, romance and self love energies.

To use Sage or Palo Santo: Open windows in each room that you seek to smudge. Burn at either end of the stick until it has a fire cherry. Extinguish fire for the desired amount of smoke. Wave the stick while speaking smudging ritual. Circular motions or waving is appropriate to keep the fire cherry lit. You may need to re light the stick if it goes out. It's okay to set the stick on a non flammable dish and fan the smoke instead of holding it! Always speak intentions when smudging:
